Tier Global (UK) Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in its business operations and supply chains. This statement outlines our commitment and the steps we are taking to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
2. Our business
Tier Global (UK) Ltd provides high-quality flooring solutions and associated services throughout the UK. While we do not manufacture or directly import materials, we work closely with suppliers across various sectors and are mindful of the risks within our supply chain.
3. Our commitment
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains.
4. Due diligence
To identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery, we:
- Conduct risk assessments of our suppliers
- Expect all suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act
- Include anti-slavery and human trafficking clauses in supplier agreements where appropriate
5. Training
We ensure that our employees are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking through internal training and the promotion of ethical business practices.
6. Reporting concerns
Any concerns or suspicions about modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains should be reported to a line manager or via our confidential reporting process.
7. Continuous improvement
We are committed to regularly reviewing our policies and procedures to improve our practices and ensure continued compliance.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Tier Global (UK) Ltd’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2025.
