Solid Timber Warranty

Warranty Coverage
We provide a warranty covering manufacturing defects in solid timber products under normal household use. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified at the time of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, extreme humidity or temperature changes, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please retain your proof of purchase and contact our support team. We will require photographs and a description of the defect. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the affected item at our discretion, or offer a refund where appropriate.
Exclusions & Care
This warranty excludes damage from user modifications, exposure to direct sunlight, standing water, or misuse. Proper care — such as cleaning with a dry or slightly damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals, and maintaining stable indoor humidity — will prolong the life of solid timber products.

Environmental Policy

Our Commitment
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact through responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and efficient use of resources. Wherever practicable, we select materials and suppliers that demonstrate sustainable practices and compliance with relevant forestry and environmental standards.
Sustainable Sourcing
Our timber and other raw materials are sourced from suppliers who adhere to recognised sustainability standards. We encourage continual improvement in environmental performance across our supply chain and seek to minimise the use of harmful chemicals in production.
Waste Reduction & Recycling
We promote recycling and waste minimisation in our operations and encourage customers to recycle packaging and to follow guidance for end-of-life disposal. Where possible, we incorporate recycled or reclaimed materials into our products.

Warranty for Third Party Products

Scope & Responsibility
Some products we sell are manufactured and warranted by third parties. Where third-party warranties apply, the terms provided by the manufacturer govern the warranty process. We will assist customers to the best of our ability, but replacement or repair decisions for third-party products are ultimately made by the original manufacturer.
Claims & Support
If you have an issue with a third-party product, contact our support team and we will help you determine whether the problem is covered by the manufacturer warranty. We may require the original purchase receipt and product details in order to liaise with the manufacturer.
Limitations
We are not able to extend or modify the manufacturer’s warranty. Any goodwill repairs or exchanges we offer for third-party goods are discretionary and do not replace the manufacturer’s obligations.
